Operator and acceptance
GetFIFOReady is operated in Australia by Peter James Adami as a sole trader, ABN 37 114 585 890. By buying a product or requesting a service, you agree to these terms and the published description of that product or service.
What GetFIFOReady is
GetFIFOReady provides practical worker-side application guidance and self-serve resources for Australian FIFO and mining applicants. It is not a recruiter, employer, labour-hire company, HR adviser, registered training organisation, migration adviser or job-placement service.
No employment guarantee
GetFIFOReady does not guarantee interviews, employment, pay rates, rosters, site access or any other outcome. Hiring decisions remain entirely with employers and recruiters. Site rules, job advertisements and official sources take priority over general guidance.
AUD $49 No-Replies Review
After payment and receipt of the necessary information, GetFIFOReady aims to deliver a branded PDF review by email within 2–3 business days. The review includes likely application gaps, 2–3 realistic role pathways, resume top-section notes, a ticket and licence reality check, search targets and a seven-day action plan. One clarification email is included. It is not a full resume rewrite. If the supplied information is incomplete, the delivery period pauses until it is supplied. If GetFIFOReady cannot provide the listed review, the service fee will be refunded in addition to any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Digital products
Digital downloads are licensed to the buyer for personal, non-commercial use. They may not be resold, shared publicly, uploaded to file-sharing services or represented as the buyer's own product. Buyers may edit templates for their own applications.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for checking job-ad requirements, licences, work rights, medical or fitness requirements and the accuracy of every application you submit. Do not make false claims or use templates without tailoring and verifying them.
Payments and remedies
Prices shown are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment may be handled by Payhip or another disclosed provider. Refunds and remedies are explained in the Refunds and Remedies Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Intellectual property
GetFIFOReady content, branding and original templates remain owned by the operator unless otherwise stated. You retain ownership of information you submit.
Independent service
GetFIFOReady is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any mine, mining company, recruiter, labour-hire firm, training provider or employer mentioned in educational material.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GetFIFOReady is not responsible for hiring decisions, lost opportunities, third-party job advertisements, changes to site requirements or decisions made using general guidance. This does not limit any non-excludable consumer rights.
