Refunds and Remedies
Your Australian Consumer Law rights
GetFIFOReady products and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, re-performance, refund or other remedy if a product or service has a major problem, is not delivered with due care and skill, is materially different from its description or is otherwise covered by a consumer guarantee.
Digital Starter Kit
Because access to a digital download is provided immediately, a change-of-mind refund is not normally offered after the files have been accessed. This does not affect your rights where files are faulty, inaccessible, materially not as described or otherwise fail an applicable consumer guarantee. Contact us and explain the problem so we can provide a working file, replacement, correction or other appropriate remedy.
Manual services
If you change your mind before work begins, contact GetFIFOReady promptly and request cancellation. If work has already started, any change-of-mind refund may take account of work reasonably completed. If the delivered service has a problem, contact us with the issue and the outcome you are seeking. Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate remedy may include clarification, correction, re-performance or refund.
No useful bottleneck identified
For the AUD $49 No-Replies Review, payment is only requested after the initial submission is assessed as suitable. If GetFIFOReady accepts payment but cannot provide the core review described on the website, contact us for an appropriate remedy.
How to request help
Use the contact form and select “Refund or problem with an order”. Include the email used for purchase, the product or service, the date and a short description of the issue. Do not submit card details or passwords.
Payment-platform disputes
Payhip or a payment provider may process the transaction, but GetFIFOReady remains responsible for responding to problems with its own products and services. Please contact GetFIFOReady first where practical.
