Free checker
The answers entered into the free no-replies checker are processed in your browser and are not submitted to GetFIFOReady. This does not mean the whole website is data-free: Netlify hosting and Google advertising technology may process technical, cookie and usage information.
Information we collect
If you submit a contact, review, feedback or updates form, we collect the details you choose to provide, such as your first name, email, location, work rights category, employment background, target roles, content interests, feedback and resume extract. Source fields may record the page and campaign link used to reach the form. Please redact full names, addresses, phone numbers, identity numbers, references and other unnecessary private information before submitting resume content.
Why we use it
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, assess whether a service is suitable, deliver purchased work, prioritise new guides and tools, send GetFIFOReady updates where explicit consent was provided, prevent spam and meet record-keeping or legal obligations.
Email updates
GetFIFOReady sends guide, tool, community or membership-research updates only where the person actively agrees to receive them. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by using the contact form and asking to unsubscribe. Email addresses are not sold to third parties.
Website analytics and consent choices
GetFIFOReady uses Google Analytics 4 to understand overall traffic and which public guides and tools are useful. Google Consent Mode starts analytics and advertising storage as denied. Before a choice is made, Google may receive limited cookieless technical signals. If you choose “Allow analytics”, analytics storage is enabled while advertising storage, ad personalisation and Google Signals remain disabled. Choosing “Essential only” keeps analytics storage denied.
Analytics events use page paths and fixed action labels. GetFIFOReady does not intentionally send email addresses, form messages, resume text, employer names or application-tracker entries to Google Analytics. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals keep Google storage denied automatically.
Service providers and overseas processing
The website is hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions. Payments and digital-product delivery are handled by Payhip and its payment providers. The site uses Google Analytics 4 and Google advertising technology, which may process technical usage data, limited cookieless signals and—where permitted—cookies or similar identifiers. These providers may process information outside Australia under their own privacy terms.
Storage and retention
Review files and routine service correspondence are generally deleted within 90 days after completion unless earlier deletion is requested or longer retention is reasonably required for legal, tax, payment, dispute or transaction records. We take reasonable steps to limit access, but internet transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete information held by GetFIFOReady by using the contact form. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, payment, dispute or accounting purposes.
Children and overseas applicants
GetFIFOReady is intended for adults seeking Australian work. It is not directed to children and does not provide visa or migration advice.
